(4) Monetary Payments and Transactions
Company retains the right to implement subscription or membership fees for any section or feature of this Site, with reasonable prior notification. Such subscription charges may be subject to automatic renewal, with users being notified of such renewals at Company's discretion.
(5) Refund Implementation
You have the freedom to cancel your Company membership at any time, with or without cause. However, if you cancel before the current subscription period ends, we won't refund any fees already paid. Exceptions to this policy may apply in certain circumstances. To terminate your recurring subscription, adjust your payment settings within your Company account profile. Upon cancellation, access to all enrolled products will cease at the end of the billing cycle. Should you decide to rejoin as a paying member, your billing cycle will reset accordingly. If your subscription is managed by a third party, cancellation may need to be processed through them.
(6) Usage Discontinuation
- If you do not wish your Membership to automatically renew at the end of the current annual period, you must give us at least three month’s written notice of your wish to terminate to ensure you do not incur the Annual Fee for the following Annual Period.
- You may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice, but the Annual Fee shall remain payable for the remainder of the then current annual period and you shall not be entitled to any refund of any Annual Fee already paid.
- We may suspend or terminate our Services at any time if we have good reason. For example, where you and we no longer have trust and confidence in each other or where, in our opinion, continuance could have a detrimental impact on our business, its activities, reputation or goodwill.
- Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you under these Conditions automatically cease and you are immediately required to cease all use of the Company Trade Marks and other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by us. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not be entitled to use any of the Company Trade Marks, including Certified, on any website, document or other materials following termination and must procure that any third parties who are marketing on your behalf also comply with this clause
(7) Force Majeure
We aim to maintain our website’s availability at all times, however, operational requirements or unforeseen issues may necessitate temporary restrictions or closures. We may halt access to all or part of the website for reasons including but not limited to technical maintenance, legal stipulations, or urgent security concerns.
